Great night for Moranbah’s emergency services at the 4U2 concert
Moranbah Police were delighted to attend the 4U2 concert held at and organised by The Hornery Group, Moranbah. The 4U2 concert was a fantastic event which raised money for RACQ CQ Rescue and the RBWH Foundation. The concert was headlined by some amazing acts including Shannon Noll and Busby Marou.
Around 3000 spectators from all over the central highlands attended the family event. All of Moranbah’s emergency services were in attendance along with the CQ Rescue Helicopter. The emergency service vehicles proved hugely popular with kids and parents alike, with a large number of kids coming for a look inside the vehicles. The testing out of the various lights and sirens brought hours of entertainment.
The event was a huge success with everyone taking the opportunity to enjoy some fantastic music in the evening sun with a drink or two. The night was finished with a brilliant fireworks display.
