Late night burglary caught on CCTV, South Mackay
Two people have cloaked themselves before breaking into a Shakespeare Street, South Mackay business at 9:45pm on September 12.
It appears that the two people have tried to gain entry into the business through a locked and secured side door – no luck there. They have then moved thrown a large object through a glass window to gain entry. Once inside, a search has resulted in several bottles of alcohol being stolen. An audible alarm has activated and this may have caused the two people to promptly leave the area on foot.
The area where this business is situated on Shakespeare Street is surrounded by a residential area.
