Missing boy, Mackay
Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 16-year-old boy who went missing in Mackay yesterday.
The boy (pictured) was last seen riding his mountain bike south on the Bruce Highway at Paget around 3.50pm yesterday.
Police and family hold concerns for his wellbeing as he has not made contact with anyone since.
The boy is Caucasian, about 173cm tall with blonde hair, green eyes, a slim build and fair complexion.
He was last seen wearing a blue work-wear shirt and pants, boots, a dark cap, a camouflage backpack and riding a ‘Giant’ mountain bike (similar to pictured) with no helmet.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
